Prof. Shruti .D. Naik has done M.A. in English literature from Fergusson college , Pune University and M.B.A.(H.R. and Marketing) from Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore University.
She was awarded outstanding grade in English proficiency test by C.I.E.F.L., Hyderabad. She is a certified soft skills and British voice and accent trainer by British connections, Pune. She had won more than 10 awards at All India level and in various cities like Delhi and Bangalore as a management student in various management fests. She is also a certified I.E.L.T.S. trainer and has scored a band of 7 in I.E.L.T.S exam herself and has been through with Skills assessment for employment in Australia as well.
She has presented many papers in Pune University and at various conferences held in Bangalore at I.B.A., D.S.C.M.I.T, at I.B.A.in Greater Noida and attended a couple of workshops.
She has worked as a freelance trainer in various organizations like Geebee Education Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Miracles Pvt .Ltd., Pune University-Non-teaching staff. She has worked as a corporate trainer full time for Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana ,Pune as a project leader and a subject matter expert in Infosys, Pune-B.P.O., K.P.O. and L.P.O and was awarded as the best trainer for outstanding performance by Infosys and received a number of appreciation mails from various clients like B.T.Global, Aetna-E-pub ,AT&T .B.T. Fleet etc. She has also worked in Pune frozen foods Pvt.Ltd. as a H.R.Executive-full time for 2 years and has an academic experience-full time of more than 3 years in various academic institutes like D.S.C.M.I.T, Bangalore University, Sinhagad Group of institutes, Pune University and P.I.B.M., Pune.
She wants to pursue her higher studies in Management further and wants to enhance her writing, research and teaching skills further in I.B.A., Bangalore.
