Placements

IBA will follow a multi-pronged strategy offering multiple avenues for placement for the students. At IBA, placement would be an activity, which will commence from the very first day. On our part, an established placement office with a dedicated team of placement officers would constantly promote our students among premier organizations such as Transnational companies, Management Consulting companies, Software firms, Banks, Merchant bankers, FMCG companies, Manufacturing companies and so on.

IBA will set up a cell which will offer Executive Development Programmes, Management Development Programmes and Consulting to companies building awareness about our programs among our client organizations and corporate executives.

The Summer Internship and Research Projects where students will spend considerable amount of time in an organization will also act as a catalyst and exploration of employment opportunities thereof.

IBA will plan regular guest lectures on specific functional topic areas by industry leaders that would enhance the learning process and also offers an opportunity for interaction between students and key decision makers in organizations leading to possible future placement.
