She is Diploma from Women's Polytechnic at Bangalore. Also, she is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science (BLISc) from Mysore University. Has undergone training at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Bangalore, in Library and Information Science. During her diploma she has learnt a lot of conceptual skills related to Library Science.
