A post graduate in Organizational Psychology and a certified counselor from University of Delhi, she has worked as a psychologist and behavioral skills trainer with Competition Success Review. As a behavioral skills trainer, she has conducted soft skills and behavioral skills workshops at several management and engineering colleges like Institute of Technology & Management (Gurgaon), BLB Institute of Financial Markets (New Delhi), K.R. Mangalam Global Institute of Management (Delhi) & Algol School of Technology (Gurgaon). She has also presented papers in several national and international conferences. Her areas of interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Managerial Communication and Personality Development.
