D. Hema is a post graduate in both Commerce and Management and she is currently working on impact of International Financial Reporting Standards on Corporate Governance for her PhD thesis. She has more than seven years of experience in teaching and research and has taught in several reputed B-Schools in Bangalore Her areas of research and teaching include Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, Taxation, SAPM, Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. She has presented several papers in National and International conferences.
