The Corporate Experience - Prelude to effective placement

The IBA programme is structured in a unique way which works on self motivation. The students will get moulded from the time they enter the campus. They will learn to plan their academic growth, with the faculty mentoring them.

In the process they would be imbibed with challeges of real-time business situations, and will also be given the requisite thinking tools to combat with them.

Thus their perspectives will be widened and acumen sharpened. The corporate Project Assignments, Case Studies, Presentations, Seminars, Symposia and Research work that they will be subject to do will hone their skills, and will give them the requisite confidence.

The careful blend of the Corporate Project Assignment with the Final Placement will be a continuous activity at IBA. IBA has a strong interface with the industry through representations that form the core of IBA's Governing Council. An effective networking for this objective is already in place, which will continually expand geographically.

In sum, the placement initiative at IBA will encompass the whole process from establishing industry contacts and submitting profiles to managing post-placement alumni aspirations.
